Faithwalking is Partnering with
Churches Learning Change
Empowering congregations and leaders to filter and adapt to a changing world in alignment with God’s Design.
We would like to introduce you to one of our phenomenal ministry partners, Churches Learning Change (CLC). For seventeen years groups of pastoral and lay leaders throughout North America have intentionally gathered for empowerment and encouragement through Churches Learning Change. From their beginning, they have embraced a different approach to leadership development and communal renewal.
Instead of supposed quick-fixes or plug-and-play programming, they know that God’s Design is best discovered by getting- and staying- curious as communities about God, ourselves, and our contexts. CLC’s commitment to asking the right questions through teaching material, coaching sessions, guided personal reflection and group meetings, leads participant-practitioners to discover afresh for themselves God’s Design and activity in the midst of their lives and ministries. Their participant-driven approach allows faithfulness to flourish, no matter the denomination or theological affiliation. Check out their video here for more on how Churches Learning Change can partner with your congregation.
AND INTRODUCING THE COMPASS INITIATIVE!
The Compass Initiative integrates the CLC Primer on Mental Models with the intentional individual transformational work of growing emotional maturity and spiritual health offered by Faithwalking. This intentional partnership allows church teams to bring deep and lasting change to their congregation by laying a strong foundation of discipleship for both leaders and laity from the very beginning of the journey.
The Compass Initiative guides leaders in establishing widespread discipleship in their churches as part of their transformative leadership journey with CLC. Cycles start in January, May and September each year.
