We have begun to roll out a new coach training series online! Sessions 1-4 – Introduction, Listening Well, and Asking Good Questions, and Encourage – are already available for FW coaches here, and the others will be released one at a time over the course of the next nine months. As aforementioned, each session includes a video of Ken Shuman teaching on that topic, a listening guide, and audio of a coaching conversation exemplifying the coaching skill being addressed.
